The Nashville Coffee Collective and Tin Cup Coffee are excited to host Felipe Croce of Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza on Tuesday, March 31st from 7 pm to 9 pm. Felipe will be sharing coffee, honey, casca (cascara), and cachaça (a distilled sugar cane beverage) from his family’s farm in Brazil as well as talking about how Fazenda Ambiental Fortaleza works to promote ecological, social, and economic sustainability, carbon sequestration, and organic farm practices in Brazil.
